Orders
An order on this website is a request. We confirm it on WhatsApp or a call, and then it is yours.
The Booking Amount
Pets, and orders of ₹3,000 or more, need 5% by UPI first to confirm. Everything else you pay when it arrives. Pay the booking amount only to our UPI ID, which is on your order page and in our WhatsApp message. An order whose booking amount has not come in within 24 hours is cancelled.
Prices and Delivery
Prices are in rupees. Delivery is free in Delhi NCR, and you can pick up at the farm instead. The rest of the price you pay at delivery or pickup, by UPI or cash.
Live Pets
Live pets are covered by Our Promise and Returns: the vet check, what comes with every pet, the first week and refunds.
Farm Stays
Farm stays follow our farm stay terms.
