Our pets go home once, so our vet checks every one before it leaves.
What Every Pet Comes With
- A vaccination card, deworming, a vaccine voucher and a diet chart for dogs and cats.
- A care sheet and a pet card for every pet.
Dogs and cats: if a shot is still due, it’s on us.
If Your Pet Falls Ill
If your pet falls ill in its first week, tell us on WhatsApp and we refund or exchange. After the first week we can’t take pets back, but we’re still here for care and advice. We can’t take a pet back because plans changed.
Refunds and Returns
The booking amount: if we cancel, or you cancel before your order leaves the farm, we refund it in full by UPI. If the order is cancelled or refused after it leaves the farm, the booking amount is not refunded.
Food and supplies: check them at the door before you pay. Once paid we can’t take them back, unless something arrived damaged or wrong: send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we replace it.
Refunds go back by UPI within 7 days.
